Terms and conditions

By ordering a commission it is understood that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.1. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice and will apply to all prior and subsequent commissions.
2. I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable handling or dealing with.
3. Advances can be requested if the delivery time exceeds one month.
4. Refunds are possible only if work on the commission has not yet started. No refunds will be made once work has started.
5. The client has the obligation to explain in detail how he wants his commission. (Include clear references to better place the order)
6. Commissions are made in order of payment, that is why the date given to your commission can vary from 3 days to 1 month, or more. If you want priority you will have to pay an extra amount. (Delivery periods vary depending on the requirement and whether it is a drawing or fanfic. Check specific times for Fanfic and drawing)
7. I only work in dollars (The conversion can only be done to Chilean peso)
8. Payment is made in full and in advance, marking the start of the commission.
9. I retain the rights to each piece.
10. The final piece may be published by me on any of my social networks, always with a watermark. If for any reason the client wishes to keep it private or wait to publish it later, they must inform me in advance.
11. Pieces may be published on other social networks by the client if credits are given.
12. Any commission will be for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed.
12.1 The only exception to this rule is emote commissions, as they are classified as Commercial Use Commission.
